Working principle
Laser cutting is to focus the laser beam through the laser cutting head into a small spot projected onto the surface of the metal material, the focus of a high power density, then the material is irradiated instantaneously heated to the gasification temperature, evaporation to form holes, with the light beam and the material relatively linear movement, so that the hole continuous formation of a narrow width slit, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting materials. During the cutting process, the nozzle ejects auxiliary gas from the direction parallel to the beam to blow away the slag to ensure the quality of laser cutting. Driven by the same motor, the cutting head moves according to the predetermined trajectory, thus cutting out various shapes of the workpiece.
