1. Uses and characteristics

● This machine is suitable for die cutting of all kinds of non-metallic roll materials. (Automotive interior, garment, grinding and other industries)

● Microcomputer control, simple operation, fast and accurate.

● The main machine adopts double cylinder, double crank connecting rod balance, four-column precision guiding mechanism to ensure that the cutting depth of each cutting position is exactly the same.

● When the press plate presses down the contact die, the automatic slow cutting makes the size error between the top and the bottom of the cutting material small.

● The central oil supply automatic lubrication system ensures the service life and accuracy of the machine.

● Equipped with automatic step feeding mechanism, suitable for multi-layer coil feeding, can achieve accurate feeding, feeding length can be easily set on the computer.

● Optional cutting plate micro-motion device, so that the cutting plate uniform consumption, cost savings.

● Optional tool pneumatic clamping device, easy to replace the tool.

● Optional automatic limit stop device, can automatically adjust the limit stop height according to different die, ensure the punching accuracy, extend the service life of the die.

● Special specifications can be specially designed and manufactured according to customer requirements. (Cutting force up to 4000KN 400T)
