Usage and Characteristics

This travel head cutting machine is designed for large plants to continuously cut non-metal materials(such as leather, rubber and cloth) in large batch with the help of molding cutting die. It is most suitable for soft material cutting, such as fabric, film, felt, nonwoven, etc.

Characteristics

1. This type of cutting machines are widely used for cutting applications of nonmetal materials. Such products as sandpaper products, artificial flower, insoles, football, volleyball or tennis panels, car interior decoration materials and medical supplies are made by this machine.

2. Servo motor makes accurate feeding possible and controls horizontal movement of the cutting head.                                                 

3. The feeding length can be easily set by the human-computer interface or PLC control panel (Optional).

4. Special hydraulic system makes low noise possible and saves oil.

5. High quality and imported oil pump and other parts are available on request.

6. Maximum cutting force of the die cutting machine caters to customer's specific application requirements. 

7. Rotary head can be installed on request.
