Working principle
The principle of laser work is that the gas or solid laser works to produce laser, and the parallel divergent laser beam is transmitted to the specified position through the fiber (or xenon lamp) and then focused to a very small focus through the lens, forming a high energy density spot. By adjusting the lens, the size and position of the focus can be changed to adapt it to different materials and cutting requirements. This precise focus control is the key to achieving high precision cutting. The laser beam is gathered into a small spot through the focusing mirror and projected onto the metal surface, and the focus reaches a high power density, when the material is irradiated the part is quickly heated to the vaporization temperature, evaporating to form a hole, with the light beam and the material moving relatively linearly, so that the hole continuously forms a narrow width slit, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting the material. During the cutting process, the nozzle ejects auxiliary gas from the direction parallel to the beam to blow away the slag to ensure the laser cutting quality. Driven by the servo motor, the cutting head moves according to the predetermined trajectory, thus cutting out various shapes of the workpiece.
Through the precise control of each component of the laser cutting machine, the CNC system realizes the dynamic adjustment of the cutting path, speed and focus, so that it can adapt to the workpiece of different shapes and sizes, and achieve three-dimensional precision cutting.
