Application and characteristics
1. This machine is suitable for semi-breaking punching of double-layer non-metallic materials with laser wood cutter die, that is, the upper material is completely punched without punching the lower material. For electronic products, adhesive industry products.
2. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, driven by variable frequency motor to input the feeding plate from the machine side, and automatically return after die cutting.
3. The host adopts four-column guide, double crank balance, four-column block fine-tuning mechanism to ensure the die-cutting accuracy of the machine. All sliding joints are automatically lubricated with central oil supply to minimize wear.
4. The inlet and outlet of the machine cutting area are equipped with safety light curtains to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
