Semi-automatic Circular Oxygen Cutting Machine For Stainless Steel Circle Shape Cutting
Introduction
“CG2-1600” semiautomatic cutter is made of A-alloy. The machine has two groups of speed change. It uses SCR to control speed. There are roller wheels on bottom of body. So, it is easy to move. The reducing box is used to change the speed to make the axis revolve. You can adjust the radius of cutting circle. It can cut on vertical steel plate and inclined plane. The machine improves efficiency, assures the quality and decreases the working strength.
Structure
1. Base: It contains two square steels as feet. In addition to stabilizing the body, the five
rollers installed at the bottom make it convenient to move the machine.

3. Main cantilever：The cantilever stretches forward bearing all the impending part of the weight.
4. Control panel: Some functions such as start/stop、work direction and speed are controlled
by it.
5. Sidesway device：When wanting to cut a larger circle, using this device can stretch
outwards.
6. Motor and reduction gearbox：They are the core parts of the machine drive.
7. Gas rotating distributor：This distributor has reasonably solved the problem about the mechanical rotating and the distribution of gas path, avoiding the winding of gas path hose on the rotating machine.
8. Torch balance adjusting device:Place the machine on the steel plate stably, adjust the foot screw and shift the transmission into the neutral position, then make the torch a whirl. If the inconformityoccurred betweena certain point of torch andthe cutting positionof steel plate, you can regulate this device so as to solve it effectively.
9. Radius rod regulatorbase：Through this device you can regulate the position and the height of torch.
10. Centering base：This device is used for positioning the center of circle, ensuring the roundness of the cutting.
11. Torch: Here you can fine adjust the height from the steel plate and the cutting groove angle.
